Can I migrate my existing data?

How is my data secured?

ClimbSuite runs on Google Firebase with Firestore — industry-standard cloud infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each organization's data is strictly isolated — no cross-org access is possible.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You can start free without a credit card. Add billing when you're ready to upgrade.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel in one click — no calls, no hoops. Your data can be exported before you go.

Is ClimbSuite right for aviation businesses?

Yes — ClimbSuite includes a Certificates & Endorsements module purpose-built for FAA endorsements, e-signatures, and certificate issuance. This makes it especially useful for flight schools, instructors, and aviation training organizations.

What payment processor do you use?

ClimbSuite integrates with Stripe. You connect your own Stripe account — you keep your revenue directly; ClimbSuite just runs the checkout.

Can I white-label ClimbSuite?

Yes, on the Scale plan. Run it under your own brand and custom domain.
