Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses the ClimbSuite Service, provided by Sisu Logistic, LLC (DBA Sisu IO). Violating it may result in suspension or termination.

1. Prohibited content & conduct

You may not use the Service to:

• send spam or unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/ePrivacy);
• send to purchased, scraped, or non-consented lists;
• distribute malware, phishing, or fraudulent/deceptive content;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
• post illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative content (including any content that

sexualizes minors);

• sell prohibited/regulated goods where not permitted;
• attempt to breach security, probe, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service;
• misrepresent your identity or send on behalf of others without authorization.

2. Email & messaging standards

You must have a lawful basis/consent to contact recipients, honor unsubscribe requests promptly, include required sender identification, and maintain acceptable spam-complaint and bounce rates. We may throttle or suspend sending that risks our deliverability or violates provider rules.

3. Fair use & security

Don't interfere with other customers' use, circumvent usage limits, or use the Service to build a competing product. Report vulnerabilities to tero@sisulogistic.co rather than exploiting them.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content or suspend accounts, with or without notice where necessary to protect the Service or comply with law.
