To provide the ClimbSuite Service, Sisu Logistic, LLC (DBA Sisu IO) uses the third-party subprocessors below to process personal data on our customers' behalf. We require each to protect data consistent with our DPA. This list is kept current as vendors change.
- Google Cloud / Firebase — Hosting, database, storage, authentication, serverless functions. Processes account, content, and usage data. Location: USA (Google Cloud us-central1).
- Stripe — Payment processing (platform billing & tenant commerce). Processes billing & transaction data. Location: USA / global.
- Amazon SES — Transactional email delivery. Processes contact email address and message metadata. Location: USA / global.
- Brevo — Transactional & marketing email delivery (as configured by a tenant). Processes contact email address and message metadata. Location: EU / global.
- Cloudflare (Stream) — Video hosting, streaming, and playback for course lessons, webinar recordings, and video messages. Processes uploaded video content and playback/usage metadata. Location: global (Cloudflare network).
- Anthropic (Claude API) — Default AI provider for AI-assisted features (e.g., lesson/course content generation), used only when an org admin connects it in Settings → Integrations. Processes the text submitted to the AI feature and the generated response. Location: USA / global. Anthropic does not use API inputs/outputs to train its models.
- Twilio — SMS/messaging (if enabled). Processes phone numbers and message metadata. Location: USA / global.
Customers can ask to be notified of new subprocessors by contacting tero@sisulogistic.co. We will provide advance notice of additions and an opportunity to object as described in the DPA.
Note: customers who connect their own third-party accounts (e.g., their own Stripe or email provider, or their own OpenAI/Google Gemini API key in place of the default Anthropic provider) do so directly with those providers; those are the customer's processors, not ours.
