Sisu Logistic, LLC (DBA Sisu IO) ("ClimbSuite") is committed to making our public website and Service usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.
1. Our standard
We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1, Level AA (the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) on our key public pages — home, pricing, lead magnets, checkout, and course sales pages. This is an ongoing effort, not a one-time fix: as we ship new pages and features, we audit them against the same standard.
2. What we do
- Images that convey information have descriptive alt text; purely decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Form fields have visible, programmatically-associated labels.
- Interactive elements (buttons, links) are reachable and operable by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
- Text and background color combinations are checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).
- Headings and landmarks (nav, main, footer) follow a logical structure so screen-reader users can navigate by section.
3. Known limitations
- Video captions. Course and sales-page videos are hosted on YouTube or Vimeo and embedded as a player, not a raw video file. Captions come from the caption track the course creator uploads to the source video on YouTube/Vimeo — ClimbSuite cannot add captions to a source video that has none. If you need a transcript or captions for a specific video and none are available, contact us (below) and we will follow up with the course creator.
- Some tenant-authored content (course descriptions, product images, custom pages) is written by individual ClimbSuite customers, not by us, and may not fully meet this standard. We provide the tools (alt text fields, heading structure, contrast-safe design tokens) to make accessible content the easy default.
4. Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on ClimbSuite, tell us the page and what happened, and we'll work to fix it. Contact tero@sisulogistic.co.
