Effective date: September 11, 2026. This page explains how to exercise your data rights with Sisu Logistic, LLC (DBA Sisu IO), operating as ClimbSuite. It supplements — and does not replace — the Privacy Policy.
1. The rights you have
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR/UK GDPR and U.S. state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:
- know what personal data we hold about you and why;
- get a copy of it in a portable, machine-readable format;
- correct data that is inaccurate;
- delete your data;
- opt out of targeted advertising, "sale" or "sharing" of personal data, and certain profiling;
- withdraw a consent you previously gave;
- appeal a decision we make on your request, and complain to your supervisory authority.
2. Self-serve export and deletion
Signed-in users can export or permanently delete their account data from Settings → Privacy. The export is machine-readable; deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
3. Sending us a request
If you cannot use the self-serve flow, email tero@sisulogistic.co with the request you want to make and the email address on your account. We will verify your identity before acting, and we respond within the period the applicable law requires. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
4. Cookies and tracking choices
Manage cookie preferences through the consent banner or your browser settings; see the Cookie Policy. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out signals where applicable law requires it.
5. No discrimination for exercising a right
We do not deny service, charge a different price, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.
6. Brand-specific note
For data held inside a tenant's workspace, that tenant is the controller and Sisu Logistic, LLC (DBA Sisu IO) is its processor — send the request to the organization you deal with, and we will support them in answering it. For your own ClimbSuite account data, use the self-serve flow above.
Changes to this policy
Sisu Logistic, LLC (DBA Sisu IO) may update this policy. The current version is always the one published in the ClimbSuite Legal Center, with its effective date shown above. Material changes will be announced by posting the updated policy in the ClimbSuite Legal Center with a new effective date, and, where required by law, by emailing account holders in advance.
Governing law
Governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this policy will be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
